Quick summary
Graphene coating is an advanced ceramic coating infused with graphene oxide. It offers even better water behaviour, higher heat resistance (reducing water spotting), a slicker feel and longer life than standard ceramic — typically up to 5 years. It is our flagship paint-protection tier. Turnaround is 1–2 days including prep.
What it is
Graphene coating is the next evolution of ceramic coating. It blends the silica base of a ceramic with graphene oxide, producing a layer that is harder, slicker and more heat-tolerant. That heat tolerance matters in a hot climate: it reduces the water spotting that can occur when droplets bake onto a hot ceramic surface.
The result is a finish with sheeting hydrophobics (water pulls off in a sheet rather than just beading), an exceptionally slick feel, and the longest durability we offer.
The benefits
- Longest-lasting coating we offer — up to 5 years
- Superior sheeting hydrophobics vs standard ceramic
- Higher heat resistance reduces water spotting
- Extra-slick surface so dirt struggles to stick
- Deep, rich gloss with excellent UV protection
- A single flagship layer of paint protection
Limitations — what it won't do
Like all coatings, graphene is chemical protection — it won't stop stone chips or deep scratches, which require paint protection film. It's a premium product at a premium price, and it still needs correct prep and paint correction underneath to perform. It reduces maintenance, it doesn't remove it.
Options
Graphene is the top of our coating range. Many owners pair it with PPF on high-impact panels for complete protection.
Our process
- Inspection & quote. We confirm graphene is the right choice and assess the paint.
- Deep decontamination. Wash, clay and iron-removal for a perfectly clean bonding surface.
- Paint correction. Swirls and defects are polished out — the coating will lock in this finish.
- Graphene application. The coating is applied by hand in a controlled environment and levelled precisely.
- Extended cure & inspection. Graphene coatings cure before handover, with full aftercare guidance.
Maintenance & aftercare
Keep the car dry and unwashed for the first week to cure fully. After that, wash with pH-neutral shampoo and dry with a soft towel; the slick surface makes this quick. A graphene-compatible booster every several months maintains peak sheeting behaviour. With proper care, the coating performs for its full rated life.
What affects your price
- Graphene tier and layer count
- Vehicle size and number of panels
- Paint condition and correction required first
- Add-ons such as wheels, glass or trim
Estimated turnaround: 1–2 days including prep and correction. Final pricing depends on vehicle condition and is confirmed before work begins.
Frequently asked questions
What is graphene coating?
An advanced ceramic coating infused with graphene oxide for better hydrophobics, heat resistance and durability.
Is graphene better than ceramic?
It generally outperforms standard ceramic on water spotting, slickness and lifespan — it is our flagship tier.
How long does graphene coating last?
Typically up to 5 years with proper maintenance.
Does graphene stop scratches?
No — for chip and scratch protection you need PPF. Many owners combine both.
